My payout hasn't arrived
Payouts are processed within 24 hours. If it's been over 72 hours, submit a ticket with your username and the exact amount.
The surf queue is empty
Each site can only be visited once per day. Check back after midnight. Default sites are always available.
Can't log in
Try resetting your password via the Forgot Password link. If you no longer have email access, submit a ticket.
Credits didn't add up
Credits are awarded after the full timer completes. Navigating away early expires the session.
Account suspended
Submit a ticket with your username and a description. We review all suspension appeals within 48 hours.
Referral commission missing
Commissions are awarded when your referral completes a surf. Self-referrals are not permitted.
